01Acceptance

By accessing this website, creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and permitted under applicable law to trade in the relevant markets. You must hold a valid trading account with a supported broker in your own name. You confirm that any funds you trade are lawfully yours.

03Scope of service

We provide trading technology: strategy logic, signal generation, risk validation, execution infrastructure and a monitoring interface. We do not provide investment advice or portfolio management, and we do not hold client funds or securities. Orders are placed in your own broker account under the authorisation you grant.

04Your account and instructions

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The strategies, instruments, quantities and risk parameters you configure are your instructions to the platform.
• You must maintain sufficient margin and funds in your broker account for the activity you enable.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise.

05Fees

Subscription fees for your selected plan are payable in advance for the applicable billing period. Brokerage, exchange charges, statutory levies, taxes and any other trading costs are charged separately by your broker or the exchange and are not included in our fees. Fees may be revised with prior notice.

06Refunds and cancellation

Subscription fees are for access to the platform for the applicable period and are generally non-refundable once that period has begun. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.

07Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or trading on non-public information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or interfere with its operation;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the platform, its strategies or its output;
• share your access with any third party, or operate the account of another person without proper authority;
• misrepresent the platform, including by suggesting it guarantees returns.

08Intellectual property

The platform, its software, strategy logic, documentation, brand, design and content are owned by NXTSignal or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your own trading, and nothing more.

09Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including broker, exchange, data-provider or infrastructure failures.

10Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that you have read the Risk Disclosure, that trading involves substantial risk of loss, that no return is guaranteed, and that you accept full responsibility for the trading decisions you enable through the platform.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services, including losses arising from delayed, rejected or failed orders, data errors, or third-party outages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us for the three months preceding the claim.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NXTSignal against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your breach of applicable law.

13Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where fees are unpaid, where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued operation poses a risk to you, to us or to other users. You may stop using the services at any time and revoke broker access, which prevents further orders being placed.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
